Privacy policy
Kestrel & Doyle LLP, 101 Federal Street, Suite 1900, Boston, MA 02110, is responsible for the personal information you send us. We process what you write in the contact form — your name, email, telephone number and the outline of your matter — for one purpose: to run a conflict check and to answer you. We use that information only to respond to you and, once you retain us, to carry out the engagement. Inquiry data that does not become a file is deleted after six months; client files are kept for seven years from the end of the engagement. We do not sell data and we do not use it for marketing. Everything you tell us is also covered by the attorney–client privilege and an attorney’s duty of confidentiality, which is wider than privacy law and does not expire. You may ask us for a copy of your data, for correction or for deletion, and you may complain to the Office of the Massachusetts Attorney General, Consumer Advocacy and Response Division, One Ashburton Place, Boston, MA 02108.
