One partner owns the file.
The partner you meet at the first meeting drafts, negotiates and appears. Nothing is handed to someone you have never met, and nobody bills you twice for getting up to speed.

A written scope and a price before we start.
You get the scope, the fee basis and the number in writing within one business day of the first call. If the scope changes, you hear it from us before the work does.

Answers in two business days, in plain English.
Every question gets a dated written answer. If it needs longer, you are told that on the same day — with the date you will have it.
The first 30 minutes are free and you receive a written estimate within one business day. Work outside this list is billed at $325–$575 an hour against a ceiling you agree first. All prices in USD; court costs and disbursements at cost.
